Just a bank but the cashier was very friendly and there's a cool old red phonebox outside. See my photo

I've banked with Cater Allen for over 10 years. Faultless customer services. Only lose half a star for not having a mobile banking system (Android/IOS) and a slightly dated website.
Consistently exellent service over more than 10 years of my being a customer.
50-52 Kilburn High Rd, North Maida Vale, London NW6 4HJ, UK – 0345 740 4404
This HSBC, at the bottom of Kilburn High Road, is extremely efficient, with its automated services, for example 1) Paying in cash, 2) Depositing a cheque, or 3) Withdrawing cash, all done in a few seconds. The only negative, is that it can be a little frustrating, waiting to pay money in or take money out (along with customers making enquiries), with regards to queueing for the cashiers behind the glass windows. And that is especially true if only one window is in operation. However, I have given this HSBC, five stars, because they allow me to take my (well-behaved) dog into this branch, and when they see her, they treat her to a dog biscuit. Nice gesture. And, I have found the staff very friendly and helpful too. Incidentally, BARCLAYS in Cricklewood don't allow dogs, so good for you, HSBC, well done on being 'dog friendly.' I have been with HSBC Bank for over 40 years (with my account being held at various branches) and would highly recommend them.
The staff are very nice and get your bank and money in there very fast and I like how the machines work so when you take money out they do not crash every time like they do in the other ones in London smells a bit like cigarettes in there They should close at 6 pm not five as most people finish work at 5 pm and would get home to kilburn st 5:30 6 pm but good place.

The new modern and amazing style NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY here in Hampstead is just fantastic. STAFF as ever are helpful friendly and extremely professional in assisting customer's with anything and everything.
Decent, competent, not over-or-under trained, welcoming and helpful staff. A new, pleasant layout... much more agreeable than formerly.

Good overall courteous and impressive service ongoing at this branch.
They are very helpful here, it is a very small branch but the queue moved quickly. They managed to sort out my request swiftly.

Efficient, organised and friendly. The staff were cheerful and quickly got my certificate sorted. Security answered my questions politely and were helpful.
The staff are lovely here. You know they're busy but they're always courteous and help you out as much as they can. I had a number of questions that I asked both online and in person and was always happy with the responses I got. The only thing that could use some improving is their website - some things aren't too easy to sort online and I had to email them, but got a call back and when dealing with the same issue in person they got everything sorted for me right there and then.

Very happy with the staff in general and the warm and friendly atmosphere. It’s never the appointment I look forward to the most, but they make me feel very comfortable. My personal dentist, Dr. Gopika, has an excellent bedside manor and makes me feel very at ease. Thank you and see you in six months for the next check up.
I've been a patient here for as long as I can remember, at least 15 years. Alan has always been great, even with my fear of dentists when I was younger. Would highly recommend.
158 Kentish Town Rd, London NW5 2AG, UK – 020 7485 3711
I was running late for my appointment and wanted to call them up. The receptionist put me on hold for 10 min. I eventually got there while still on hold on the phone only to find both receptionists looking into their PC waiting for the day go by. I hope this customer service issue can be addressed by their management. On the other hand they did have appointments on offer and last time doctor was nice. 29/04/18 Update: I had a really positive experience with the clinic since and appreciate them taking feedback on board. As mentioned before the doctor I've seen was very professional and kind.
Got a whitening treatment by Callum and I have to say the way he handled my teeth was so sensitive. He left me feeling so fresh, minty and white, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to freshen up ;). Also the receptionist was on point. May have made the entire trip, Kudos!

Excellent service from Dr Punit Shah and his team. I recently moved into the area and have been to visit the surgery several times for both a check up, filling and to see the hygienist. I’m scared of the dentist but was looked after perfectly. Good dentists are hard to come by Dr Punit Shah and the Highgate Dental Practie are highly recommended!
Excellent team. They helped me overcome my root canal anxiety and explained everything (costs and treatment) in details.

Getting an appointment is too difficult, but aside from that I have been happy with this practice for the last year or so.
My appoitment was at 9:30, got seem at 10:10. However the GP was amazing!
20 Rosslyn Hill, Hampstead, London NW3 1PD, UK – 020 7435 1132
Dr Gillian Gertner is one of the best and most proficient London gp's that I have known since residing in Hampstead for over four years now. I have found the Rossalyn surgery extremely helpful and transparent esp in an ever changing complex NHS . Her encouragement and expertise is far reaching and Dr Gertner is both perceptive and extremely knowledgeable.
Pennine Drive Surgery, 8 Pennine Dr, Cricklewood, London NW2 1PA, UK – 020 8455 9977
Doctors surgery (Local). Conversion of residential property. Ground and first floors. Established many years. Many experienced doctors. Nurse on site. 2x receptionists. Friendly doctors surgery serving the local community.
I have to agree with few previous reviewers. Surgery seems to have great medical staff but receptionists behave as if they were doing patients a favour that they speak to them. You are in a profession that involves dealing with people. If you have a problem with that and don't like your job maybe you should find a different one. Of course easier said than done these days.

We were given the most wonderful care and support for our Mum in the last days of her life. The ward staff were kind and compassionate, the Doctors helped us with making difficult decisions and the palliative care team were amazing. Our Mum could not have been better cared for and was able to end her life with dignity.
My father had secondary liver cancer and is currently being treated at Royal free. The surgery went well and the care he is receiving in ICU is excellent. The nurses give the impression that they want to be there rather then have to be there. I have not given 5 as he is still there so will want to see how is treated in a ward. He has been to other hospitals but this has to be the best so far. Dr Davidson and his team carried out the surgery. Just an update on 24 April 2018, my father recovered well in ICU, he was well taken care of. He is home now with ongoing issues but it seems the cancer has gone. I would recommend this hospital.
Wellington Hospital South Bldg, Wellington Pl, London NW8 9LE, UK – 020 3733 5344
My husband and I are visiting from the US. He fell and bloodied his arm pretty good. We went to the urgent care at Wellington Hospital and he received excellent care. There was no wait. He was assisted by a considerate nurse and doctor. The care could not have been more professional. The nurse explained that they are new, and word is still getting out. For urgent care, we could not have been more pleased.
My mother in law was submitted to this hospital for heart x-ray first impression was great from start to finish and handover from staff to staff was great. she didn't understand a world of English so had translate and doctor come and explained the procedure in detail before she went in. food is great parking hard to find. staff friendly and very clean all rooms have own tv and the 2 nurses never left our site and aftercare for 2hours was great. Brilliant service. They take pretty much everything. The workers there are very helpful.
Came here with a car full of stuff when clearing out our cellar. They seem to be able to take most types of things you might reasonably be able to recycle, and the staff were helpful and not at all officious as you could imagine they might be in a place like this. Overall no complaints from me.

Wonderful food, super nice staff. And it's not pricey either. A little gastronomic paradise in busy noisy Camden, tucked away in a Camden backstreet. a fine atmosphere and not trendy (in a good way) - it's just hearty well cooked Greek food that tastes lovely. street, its food for the soul
One of my favourite restaurants in London! Amazing food and very lovely staff. Next time I'm in London, my first visit will be to Daphne to eat their amazing Kleftiko again.
52 Charlbert St, London NW8 7EN, UK – 020 7722 8795
I have to admit I'm a bit of a fan of this place. I think it's because of its rather wonderful old fashioned values and service, where waiters were proud of their profession and not students just covering the summer till they started their "real" jobs. Of table cloths and folded napkins, and generous portions of good honest food. You're probably not going to see the latest starlet or social media star here, more regular patrons who like me return to enjoy an old fashioned, good night out.
Today we ate at the Oslo Court restaurant for the first time, and I was strangely disappointed. It's not that the food isn't good - it is. It's fine dining, but (apart from dessert) certainly excellent quality, tasty and well-presented, with an extensive menu of traditional British + continental dishes. It's a really strange experience eating in the Oslo Court - very old-fashioned, with lots of pink tablecloths and napkins, and the waiters all dressed up in tuxedos! The problem for me is mainly that it's really very expensive for what it is... £38 per person for 3 courses for lunch (around £50 for dinner), with supplements of £2 or £3 for some of the dishes, which once you've included drinks plus the 10% service charge, adds up to quite a lot. The actual restaurant is in the ground floor of a block of flats in St John's Wood in London, so the ceiling is quite low, and what with the tables being quite close together that made it quite noisy. Service was good, but they did this strange thing of reeling off a very long list of specials (perhaps 5 starters and 10 main courses) which was impossible to remember - why the restaurant can't print them out I don't know. For dessert I was expecting an old-fashioned dessert trolley (I'm sure someone said that's what they do there) but again the waitress verbally reeled off the 5 or 6 desserts. I had sherry trifle, which to be honest wasn't actually very nice. So as a one-off, yes it's good to experience the Oslo Court. Lots of friends have raved about it, but personally I wouldn't go back.

Very hospitable restaurant, great for eating in, portions are huge and the food is very good. I promise you will not be disappointed!
A ONE HAND WONDER Lahmacun (lamb-a-june) wrap so much nicer than pizza or donner. The "Turkish pizza" (lahmacun) is soft, but with crunchy flakes on the outside and with a simple meaty, tomatoey base inside..... Covered in all the bits n bobs you can get for a typical donner kebab wrap..... Red cabbage, tomato, shredded lettuce, pickled chilli, onion and sauces like garlic mayo and chili. Wrapped up with a tiny bit protruding from the opening - I wander homewards munching contentedly. Still got free hand for shopping - an important consideration for a walk-n-munch-lunch. £2. Yep - just two quid for this really yummy street snack. Don't know about any of the other dishes. Place looks cool (temperature) and relaxing. Lots of interesting Turkish names on the menu. I have a Turkish friend who suggested I try lamb-a-june and I have it now at least once a week. Will collect more suggestions and return.

Pretty good nursery despite its recent downgrade by Ofsted. There is a new manager there now and it has improved dramatically. The carers genuinely care about the kids and my two bounce out daily polite and relaxed. They aren't helicopter-parenting either, thankfully. Bit pricy but it is St Johns Wood so what do you expect?

I think it’s the best school in the world. The children are treated nicely and the teachers are incredible. Eleanor Palmer is one of the best schools in Camden.

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 310 Nursery to Year 6 pupils at St Mary's School Hampstead. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The school had even invested in a portable ramp to allow my trolley to negotiate a short flight of stairs. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but extremely well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, learning about a future colonised Solar System, the various types of stars and the principles of Natural Selection. Thank you St Mary's School for a very pleasant visit.
worth a visit

A unique and exceptional school with a dedicated and experienced staff and wonderful, supportive, friendly families. The Cavendish is non selective and yet secures outstanding results for its girls within a framework of incredible pastoral care and without the pressure of 'hot house' schools. It places huge emphasis on kindness, tolerance and courtesy. Its families are dedicated to the school and are actively involved. Unusually, it has specialist teachers for science, music, languages, PE and art. Delicious, home made meals are cooked every day and an exciting array of extra curricular activities are available. The school itself is beautifully maintained and provides a happy, high quality learning environment. My best advice would be to come and see the school in action and judge for yourself. A little gem.
We have two daughters at the Cavendish, one in year 3 and one in year 6 (who has just left). Our experience of the school has been incredibly positive; both children always look forward to going to school and have never once expressed any reluctance during the last 8 years to leave the house in the morning. We chose the school because it was non selective and claimed to offer a strong a pastoral ethos with good academic results. Our experience is that it has delivered both in spades! What particularly impresses me about the school is the quality of the teaching and how they continually adapt it to the needs of the individual child. My two daughters are very different in how they learn and what their natural strengths are; I cannot praise the school enough for how they have personalised their approach to them and helped both of them to achieve their academic potential. We also wanted a school that had a strong science and maths curriculum and I have never failed to be impressed by the quality and sophistication of the maths and science they are doing. The homework policy feels well balanced and pitched just right for their age. My elder daughter, on leaving the school, has developed a good work ethic when it comes to homework which I feel has set her up perfectly for secondary school. The school is very friendly; we have built good relationships with parents not just from our daughters’ classes but from across other years groups as well. Unlike many other schools the meals are cooked and prepared in the school kitchen and are healthy, varied, and nutritious. Under the leadership of the previous head the school achieved and outstanding inspectors’ reports (excellent in all areas) which particularly commended the quality of the teaching and which we felt was well deserved. Under the new head the school has not rested on its laurels and has been striving to improve its academic performance still further; certainly the current year 6 have achieved an impressive range of offers from the top north London secondary schools. This is a lovely school, I could not think of a better place to send my daughters.
